This week's Jimmy John's Freaky Fast Sportsmanship Athlete of the Week is Valeria Pacheco, a 4th grade cheerleader for the Shawnee Mission North Indians. Valeria started cheerleading because she would always go to her brother's flag football games when she was only 4 years old. She loved the cheer uniforms, watching the cheerleaders tumble and
how they were apart of the team.

Valeria's favorite part about being a cheerleader is showing off her tumbling skills and having quality girl time with her teammates and even her coaches. Outside of cheerleading
she loves to go shopping, watch all types of tutorial videos on Youtube, and she especially loves to go on outings with her family.

Valeria is a hard worker both at practices and at games, she is always giving 110% even when her efforts are not recognized. She has never missed a practice and is always ready to help her teammates and coaches in any way she can. Thanks to Valeria's attributes of being a helpful dedicated teammate and cheerleader on her squad, she is this
week's Jimmy John's Sportsmanship Athlete of the Week!

He likes all sports including baseball, basketball and running and he loves to use his creative side and build things using legos when he isn't running around being active. Jace's favorite NFL team is the Kansas City Chiefs and he loves cheering them on.

Jace is a hard worker on and off the field and is always encouraging his teammates, even his opponents when they need it. He is always lending a helping hand whether its helping a teammate up, lending a high five, giving them a hug or a tap on the shoulder after a play he is always trying to pump his team up. No matter if it is before, during and after games Jace is always working his hardest and encourages other to do so as well. His attitude and positivity on and off the field, along with his team mentality is why Jace Thompson is this week's Jimmy John's Freaky Fast Sportsmanship Athlete of the Week.

Caiden Dare, a 3rd Grader for the Olathe West War Owls tackle football is this weeks Jimmy John's Sportsmanship Athlete of the week. This is Cadien's first year playing football,
he is 8 years old and playing up a grade on a 4th grade team and he has already learned so much and is enjoying playing for the War Owls!

Caiden works hard not only as an individual but as a teammate as well, he shows compassion to his team by assisting them up after plays, helping carry equipment
and comforting teammates if they've had a bad practice or game. Caiden is a positive example for his team
and is described as a small boy with a giant heart.

Outside of football Caiden is very active, he practices Mixed Martial Arts, he loves motocross and any type of water sports. Caiden is a Kansas City Chiefs fan but only
when they aren't playing the Green Bay Packers as he lives in a divided house of Chiefs fans and Packers fans. Caiden Dare is a positive impact on his team even within
his first year, his giant heart is just one of the reasons he is our Jimmy John's Sportsmanship
Athlete of the Week!

2018 Winners!

Andres Driver, a 7th Grader for the Shawnee Mission East tackle football is this weeks Jimmy John's Sportsmanship Athlete of the week. Making his mark on both defense, and offense,
Andres plays both Fullback and Defensive End for the Lancers. This year is only the second full year of playing football for Andres, as his season was cut short last season
due to a fractured foot. He has worked hard to come back this season and because of that is leading his team in touchdowns.

Along with his success on the field this year, Andres has really made his mark in areas aside from scoring touchdowns. His constant positive attitude, respect shown towards
coaches and refs, along with his ability to pump up his teammates in tough situations are the real reasons that Andres has been
selected as the Jimmy John's Sportsmanship Athlete of the Week.

Aside from football, Andres enjoys playing basketball, and baseball where he excels just as he does on the gridiron. When he is not playing sports, Andres enjoys playing video games,
hanging out with friends, and taking his dogs Roxy and Kaya to the park. Andres Driver is just another example of an individual that is a great role model both on and off the

There is nothing that Isaac Ramsey loves more than playing football. This week's recipient of the Jimmy John's Freaky Fast Sportsmanship Award,
is another great example of an individual who continually makes a positive impact on his peers both on and off the field.

Isaac on a consistent basis is not only on time to practices, but insists on being at least 15 minutes early. If his teammates are struggling, Isaac is always
there to encourage them to keep going and trying. Isaac plays both offensive and defensive line. His nickname, "the train" was coined from his
ability to plow through opposing lineman like a freight train.

Along with his love for football, Isaac also comes from a long line of family Race Car Drivers. Isaac's jersey, #66, was his great grandfather Duane Isaac's number.
Not only does he love watching the races, but loves fishing, camping, and playing basketball as well!

Isaac once again is another great example of giving his best both on and off the field, but at the same time handling himself in a way that impacts others in a
positive manner. These type of qualities are why Isaac Ramsey is this week's Jimmy John's Freaky
Fast Sportsmanship Athlete of the Week.

AJ Shellhammer - AJ, a sixth grader for the Olathe South tackle program, has been a part of the OSHS Falcons since 3rd grade. A key member of their offensive and defensive

classmates to be their best.

AJ not only loves playing the game of football, but enjoys being a die hard Chargers fan on Sundays as well! Currently attending Chisholm Trail Middle School, AJ enjoys hanging
with his friends and playing Fortnite!

AJ's favorite subjects in school are Math, Science, and of course PE. The picture listed above was taken after his game this past Saturday on October 13th. AJ helped seal an overtime
victory with a crucial block helping his teammate score. AJ's efforts to have a positive impact on his peers both on and off the field are the reason that he

balls(football, baseball, basketball) so he could donate to kids that don't have them. He received roughly 20 different balls and plans to send them to Hurricane Victims
in the South. Along with his charitable personality, River is a proud Wide Receiver for the Outlaws Flag Football team. He spends most of his time playing sports,
